The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) will be inspecting sites that carry out Metal Fabrication in January to March 2020.

The focus will be on control of exposure to welding fumes and metalworking fluids.

As an employer, by law, you should protect your employee’s health by controlling the risks from welding fumes. The process of welding produces smoke that contains harmful metal fumes.
