Background in Nursing Homes for the elderly (residential, nursing and dementia care). Worked way up from Administrator to Managing Director of 7 homes.

Seamlessly blending leadership in human resources and finance. Caroline’s expertise ensures a thriving work environment, where collaboration and individual well-being are prioritised. Caroline oversees both departments with meticulous attention, contributing to Acorn’s overall success.
