    How the assessments work:

    Job Task Analysis

Our experienced team will conduct a thorough analysis of the job tasks performed by employees in your organisation. By assessing the functional capacity of your workforce, we can evaluate how these tasks impact their musculoskeletal health.

    Risk Reduction Plan

Based on the analysis, Acorn will provide a detailed report and comprehensive plan to minimise the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. This includes identifying high-risk job tasks, understanding employees’ functional capacity, aligning appropriate fitness levels to task demands, and adjusting work processes to lower risk.

    Utilising Technology

Our team utilises cutting-edge technologies to enhance our assessments and recommendations. We employ two main technologies: Wearable Sensor Technology and Motion Capture. Wearable Sensor Technology provides video analysis and objective data to quantify the musculoskeletal risk associated with each task, identifying contributing human factors. Motion Capture technology assesses the mobility and stability positioning of an individual’s musculoskeletal system, allowing us to evaluate their functional capacity accurately.

    Evaluation and Recommendations

Our Ergonomic Team thoroughly evaluates the data collected from the task analysis and functional capacity assessments. We provide a comprehensive evaluation report that includes practical guidance and recommendations on modifying tasks to reduce musculoskeletal risk in a prioritised manner.
