Acorn Occupational Health’s mobile health surveillance units provide a flexible approach for delivering tailored health surveillance programmes directly to you. The mobile unit is ideal for SMEs (Small and Medium Sized Enterprises) or larger organisations that have a number of sites or remote operations.
Alternatively the mobile units are fully equipped to carry out mixed surveillance which may include: audiometry, lung function, eye tests, blood pressure, and general health reviews. This is ideal for businesses such as quarries and construction sites that do not have a suitable in-house facility.

The mobile units are staffed by experienced Medical Technicians and supported by Occupational Health Nurses, to follow up and report on each programme. Our mobile health surveillance units are fitted with two Bilsom Audiometric booths enabling up to 56 hearing tests to be carried out per day. The booths ensure that the hearing tests are performed in an environment that is recommended by the Health and Safety Executive.
